TERMS OF SITE & COURSE ACCESS AND PRODUCT PURCHASER AGREEMENT
All products, services, and programs offered by Cici Bex, Llc, DBA Mavenelle, or Ivirlei.com (the “Company” or “We” or “Us” or “Our”) are referred to as the “Offering” and those who use or purchase them are known as “You” or “Your”. This Terms and Conditions of Use document outlines and defines the ways in which You may use and access the Offering. ● Distributing the materials in the Offering or related materials and communications as if they are Your own (i.e. plagiarism).
● Modifying, editing, remixing, or creating a derivative of any part or all of the Offering for distribution as Your own work.
● Appropriating or using any of Our Intellectual Property without Our prior written consent, which includes but is not limited to: copyrights of course materials, workbooks, videos, and other content; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines, and unique source identifiers; and trade dress including the appearance and style of the Offering and its related communications and materials.
● Employing Our Offering or related materials and communications for illegal or unlawful purposes.

CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES
The Offering, although intangible, is still considered to be theft if it is stolen, infringed, or otherwise violated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use. The Company retains the right to enforce legal action against any infringers to the fullest extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction. By opting into or purchasing any Offering or accessing any related communications and/or materials, the User consents to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of the federal and state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia
MODEL RELEASE AND NOTIFICATION OF USE
You represent and warrant that you have the copyright to any images you use by default or voluntarily on our platforms or in our Offering or related materials, free of any third-party claims. By default, such as when you provide a Facebook profile photo, or voluntarily upon our request, you grant us a commercial license to use any images you submit. This license allows us to use these images for any reasonable business use in the future without the need for further notification to you or any other individuals depicted in the images.
SECURITY
You agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your username and password, and are solely responsible for any unauthorized access or use that may occur through Your account. We do not retain complete credit card or payment information; such information is processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or SamCart. By utilizing these payment processors to access the Offering, You agree to accept any and all risks and liabilities related to the security of payment information and to comply with the relevant terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor.

By utilizing Our Offering and/or related materials, whether obtained through payment or otherwise, You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with Your access and any actions taken as a result of the information or educational materials provided.
